SPC offers scholarships to help prepare you for your dream job or develop your career.
Through the Open Door grant program, you can complete short-term training for high-demand jobs in as little as six weeks.
This opportunity is available to eligible current and future students and awards up to $3,000 in financial aid to cover the cost of tuition, exams, and books for the following programs that lead to industry certifications. You must be a Florida resident and complete the Federal Application for Free Student Aid (FAFSA) to be eligible, among other qualifications.

St. Petersburg College has joined forces with the Florida Department of Education to raise awareness of short-term career and technical education programs offered at SPC and the 27 other Florida College System institutions and 48 technical colleges and centers across the state. Through our programs, you can enroll in an in-demand, high-quality workforce program, move quickly, and gain critical skills needed in essential and emerging industries.
